Running on data. Literally.
This site is where I stash the experiments, mistakes, and small wins that come from trying to turn messy, real-world data into something useful. Most of these posts start as rough notes on my phone during the train ride into the city, then get cleaned up later with coffee and a calmer brain.
You’ll find a lot of R, survey and program evaluation work, and a strong preference for simple, honest summaries instead of flashy models no one will ever use. I share code, walkthroughs, and the “why did no one tell me this earlier?” kind of notes I wish I’d had a few years ago.
If you like making data easier to think with, whether you work in evaluation, analytics, or you are just trying to keep your projects a bit more sane, you are in the right place.
