Running on data. Literally.
This site is a running record of work in progress: experiments, proof-of-concepts, and the occasional hard-earned win that comes from turning messy data into something usable. Many posts start as quick notes captured in the moment, then get cleaned up later into something readable and reproducible.
Most of the content sits around R, survey analysis, and program evaluation, with practical walkthroughs and code that can be adapted to real projects. Sometimes that means simple summaries that clarify what is happening. Other times it means testing a new method or tool to see where it actually helps and where it does not. The goal is not to oversell results, but to document decisions, tradeoffs, and lessons learned in a way that is honest and useful.
If data work is part of the job, whether the focus is evaluation, analytics, or shipping better reporting, the hope is that these posts make the next project a little clearer and a little easier to run.
